This carrier issue appears resolved at this time. We are re-enabling the path and will continue to monitor closely.

Our automated monitoring systems have identified a partial internet performance issue on one of our upstream carrier circuits in New York. This was only affecting a limited set of traffic traversing that POP, however we've disabled routing through the affected carrier path until the issue subsides. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and re-enable the path once the circuit is clean.
