We are upgrading our software on customer site routers to provide QoS and routing improvements along with some bugfixes. Due to the nature of these upgrades, there will be minor service impact of a several instances of packet loss each lasting a few seconds, along with brief circuit alarms.

Expected Impact: several instances of packet loss lasting a few seconds each.
