We are performing routine network upgrades for customers that are served out of our Denver and San Jose Gateway Clusters. These upgrades will include new tunnel protocols for improved performance.

Expected Impact:
- Impacted customers may experience 2 events of service interruption for a combined impact duration of 5 minutes for customer router upgrades, and several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrades.
