We are performing routine network maintenance and upgrades to our infrastructure. Customers may experience several brief incidents of packet loss during the window lasting up to 10 seconds. Web dashboard access and alerts may be interrupted for a period of up to 40 minutes.
Expected Impact: Several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds. A 40-minute interruption of alerts and web dashboard access.
