In preparation for our multi-gigabit service offering, we will be conducting infrastructure changes such as migrating the Web Dashboard to new infrastructure. We will also be doing routine maintenance on our gateway clusters. The benefits will include support for upcoming features as well as enhanced speed and reliability.

Impact: Customers may lose access to the Web Dashboard for periods of up to 30 minutes. Some sites may experience a few blips of packet loss of up to 10 seconds each. Site and circuit alarms will be disabled during the maintenance window.
