We are performing routine network maintenance and upgrades to our infrastructure. Benefits include enhanced network reliability and stability. Customers may experience a period of additional latency lasting up to 60 minutes and several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each during the window. Web dashboard access and alerts may be interrupted for a period of up to 30 minutes.
