We are deploying core software and network upgrades to our infrastructure and webapp services. The upgrades include optimizations and bugfixes. Customers may experience several incidents of packet loss during the window lasting up to 5-7 minutes each.
Expected Impact: Several periods of packet loss lasting up to 5-7 minutes each. Alerts may be delayed up to 30 minutes.
