We are deploying software upgrades to core network hosts and customer routers. The upgrades include our new 4G/5G Optimization featureset, bugfixes, and some additional software optimizations. We expect customers to experience an instance of packet loss during the window lasting about 10 seconds. Alerts may also be interrupted for a period of about 10 minutes.

Expected Impact: Packet loss lasting about 10 seconds. A 10-minute interruption of alerts.
