We are deploying software upgrades to core network hosts and customer routers. The upgrades include logging and packet handling enhancements, among others. We expect customers will notice several instances packet loss throughout the window, each lasting 5-10 seconds, as core network hosts and onsite routers are upgraded.
Expected Impact: Several instances of packet loss lasting approximately 5-10 seconds.
