Bigleaf will be performing network maintenance for a subset of customers served primarily out of our Seattle gateway cluster from 2:00 AM until 5:00 AM PDT on June 20th, 2025.

Expected Impact:

-- Customers served out of our Seattle gateway cluster may experience several brief period of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds during the window.

-- Customers may see increased latency reaching Bigleaf services during the window.
