Bigleaf will perform network maintenance on a small subset of sites in the Seattle PoP. Click here for a list of your sites in our Seattle POP. Not all sites in Seattle PoP will be impacted, to confirm if your specific site or sites will be impacted by this maintenance window, please contact our Support team.

Expected impact:
- Two outages of up to 10 seconds each.
- Service interruption of 2 to 5 minutes during on-premises router upgrades and reboot.

If you choose to do manual router upgrades before our scheduled maintenance, then your sites will not experience the 5-minute outages during our maintenance window. Click here to learn about manual upgrades.
