We are performing routine network maintenance to our infrastructure. We will be upgrading a subset of customers connected to our Seattle Gateway Cluster to an updated tunneling protocol.
Expected Impact: - Customers may experience two events of service interruption lasting up to 5 minutes each for customer router upgrades during the window. - Customers may also experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrades during the window.
