Bigleaf will be performing network and infrastructure upgrades on 11/13/23 from 10:00 PM local time until 2:00 AM for our customers connected to our NYC/CHI/SJC PoP's.
Expected Impact:
During these maintenance windows, overall connectivity to Bigleaf services should not be affected, but some connections and cloud services may see increased latency with their circuits or reaching cloud applications.
