Bigleaf will be performing network and infrastructure upgrades for our customers served out of our Atlanta, New York, and Chicago POP’s.

Expected Impact:

Customers served out of our ATL, NYC, and CHI POP’s may experience a brief period of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds during the window.
