Bigleaf will be performing network and infrastructure upgrades for our customers served out of our Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam POPs. These upgrades will include new tunnel protocols for improved performance.
Expected Impact: - Customers served out of our FRA, LON and AMS POPs may experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrades during the window.
- In addition, up to 3 service interruption events may occur for tunnel protocol updates, each lasting up to 5 minutes.
