Bigleaf will be performing network and infrastructure maintenance work for our customers served out of our San Jose Gateway Cluster from 10 PM to 2 AM PDT on August 14th, 2024.
Expected Impact:
-- Customers served out of our San Jose Gateway Cluster may experience several brief period of packet loss lasting up to 15 seconds during the window.
-- Customers may see increased latency reaching Bigleaf services during the window.
