Bigleaf will be performing scheduled maintenance on customer devices and network infrastructure in our Dallas, TX gateway cluster.

Expected impact:

-- A small subset of sites in our DAL PoP will experience up to two occurrences of up to 3-5 seconds of packet loss and increased latency during the maintenance window. Overall connectivity should not be impacted.

To verify if any impact is expected to your sites, after logging into the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard, follow this link to a filtered list of sites that will be included in this maintenance window. If no sites appear in the filtered list, none of your sites will be impacted.
