Bigleaf will be performing routine network maintenance on our infrastructure. During this maintenance, we will be upgrading a subset of customers connected to our Los Angeles and San Jose Gateway Clusters to an updated tunneling protocol.
Expected Impact: - Customers may experience two service interruption events, each lasting up to 5 minutes, for each customer router upgraded during the window. - Customers may also experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrade during the window.
