In an ongoing effort to bring you the very best products and services, we’re continuing the effort to upgrade our US gateway clusters and US customer routers to our newest platform. We are deploying core software upgrades to customer routers and performing routine upgrades to our infrastructure. The upgrades include software and performance optimizations, enhanced network reliability, and augmented infrastructure capacity.

Expected Impact:

- Customers may experience two events of service interruption lasting up to 5 minutes each for customer router upgrades during the window.

- Customers may also experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrades during the window.
