Bigleaf will be performing network maintenance for our customers served out of our North American POPs. Work will begin at approx. 7pm PT/10pm ET on our east systems, and will then progress west throughout the maintenance window.
Expected Impact: - Customers may experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds and/or may fail over to their secondary POP.
