Bigleaf will be performing scheduled maintenance on customer devices and network infrastructure in our Seattle, WA gateway cluster.

Expected impact:

-- Service interruption of 2 to 5 minutes during on-premises router upgrades to the newest firmware and reboot.

*** If you choose to do manual router upgrades to the newest firmware before our scheduled maintenance time, then your sites will not experience the 2-5 minute outages during our maintenance window. Click here to learn about manual upgrades.

-- A subset of sites will also experience several brief (5-10 second) outages.

*** To verify if these brief outages are expected to impact your Bigleaf sites, after logging into the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard, follow this link to a filtered list of your accessible sites that will be impacted by these brief outages in this maintenance window. If no sites appear in the filtered list, none of your sites should be impacted by these additional brief outages during the maintenance window.
