We will be performing maintenance on several key pieces of network infrastructure as well as upgrades on customer routers. This maintenance window will include all gateway clusters. Benefits from this work will include bugfixes, software optimizations, and improved failover capacity.

Expected Impact: Affected customers can expect 1-3 blips of packet loss of up to 10 seconds at a time, as upgrades and minor configuration updates are performed on customer routers. False alarms may be generated, but no long-duration customer outages are expected.
