Tonight we will be performing an urgent maintenance to deploy a software update to our infrastructure. During this maintenance, we will be updating the tunneling protocol software on a subset of our Tunnel Endpoint servers to address connectivity issues that have impacted a small portion of customer sites.
Expected Impact(s): - Customers may experience several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each per infrastructure upgrades made during the maintenance window. - Customers may also experience periods of increased latency and jitter throughout the duration of the maintenance window.
