We are deploying software upgrades to customer routers and our webapp services, and moving some customers to a new POP in Atlanta. The upgrades include additional configuration features, bugfixes, and software optimizations. In particular, this release fixes a rare router lock-up issue. Customers may experience several brief incidents of packet loss during the window lasting up to 10 seconds. Alerts may also be interrupted for a period of about 20 minutes.

Expected Impact: Several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds. A 20-minute interruption of alerts.

If you're curious about the types of maintenance that we perform feel free to check out the Maintenance section of our SLA here: http://www.bigleaf.net/sla. If you have any questions or concerns about this upgrade process please let us know.
