We are performing routine network upgrades for a small subset of customers that are served out of our Seattle, San Jose and Denver Gateway Clusters. These upgrades will include new tunnel protocols for improved performance.
- Impacted customers may experience 2 events of service interruption for a combined impact duration of 5 minutes for customer router upgrades, and several brief periods of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds each for infrastructure upgrades.
