Bigleaf will be performing network maintenance for a subset of customers served primarily out of our various US PoP locations.

Expected Impact:

-- A subset of customers served out of various US gateway clusters may experience up to two brief periods of packet loss lasting 5-10 seconds during the window. Customers may also see brief periods of increased latency reaching Bigleaf services.

-- To verify if any impact is expected to your sites, after logging into the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard, follow this link to a filtered list of sites that will be included in this maintenance window. If no sites appear in the filtered list, none of your sites will be impacted.
