Bigleaf will be performing network maintenance for a subset of customers served primarily out of our Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam gateway clusters from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM PDT on March 31st, 2026.

Expected Impact:

-- Customers served out of our FRA, LON, and AMS gateway clusters may experience several brief period of packet loss lasting up to 10 seconds during the window.

-- Customers may see increased latency reaching Bigleaf services during the window.

To verify if any impact is expected to your sites, after logging into the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard, follow this link to a filtered list of sites that will be included in this maintenance window. If no sites appear in the filtered list, none of your sites will be impacted.
